Chikanobu (1838-1912)   Two Girls Playing with a Shuttle Cock   1896, original Japanese woodblock print from the East (Azuma) Series   Image size - 9" x 14" Framed size - 18 1/4" x 23 1/4"   $750   A wonderful print from the series depicting two young girls playing with a shuttlecock. Incredible detail on the kimonos.   This piece is matted in cream with a black inner border.  The frame is about an inch thick and is black with a warm silver bevel accent on the inner edge.
